Think about it;
  1. The first thing they do when building a house is dig a hole.
  2. Your house is sitting in that hole and if you don't direct the water that runs off your roof away from your house, the water wants to work its way into your foundation.
  3. Just install a quality Seamless Gutter system and run your downspouts at least 4 ft away from your house.
